What to Expect
1. Arrive Early
Arrive at least 15 minutes early so you spend less time to check in without feeling rushed.
2. Check in
The front desk confirms your paperwork and helps with anything outstanding.
3. Your evaluation
A full history and physical assessment. Not just where it hurts, but how it started and what you’ve already tried.
4. Your treatment
In most cases, the same visit. You’ll leave knowing what we found and what the plan is.

• Comfortable clothing you can move in.
• Avoid restrictive waistbands and heavy jewelry.

• Parking structure on Maryland Ave. between Wilson & Harvard — free for up to 90 minutes

• Street parking on Maryland Ave., in front of the IMC building: $1.00 per hour, up to 3 hours
• Parking lot on Maryland Ave., adjacent to the IMC building (south side): $0.40 per hour, up to 9 hours
